Students register for 20 week sessions (Some sessions include less than or more than 20 weeks due to holiday observances or school closures. Please note that enrolling a student in a session holds a place for that student in the specified class/es for the entire session. Full tuition for each session is due regardless of attendance, as class size is limited, we strongly recommend regular attendance. Make-Up classes for missed classes are encouraged! Past due balances must be paid in full before registration is accepted.
All Students who wish to perform in any DITSAZ production must be enrolled and attending classes no later than first month of the current session. Past due balances must be paid in full before registration is accepted.
We must have a parent/guardian-signed COVID-19 liability release form on file for registered students. All DITSAZ personnel, students and parents must wear face coverings while inside DITSAZ lobby. Masks for students are recommended in class, but mandatory while in lobby. I recognize that the staff of DITSAZ will work to support my (or my child’s) safety, using the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidance in social distancing and sanitary measures. I also recognize that entering a group environment at this time can hold certain risks, including potential exposure to the coronavirus.
Students are expected to attend every class in the level they are assigned and to arrive on time. Students that are more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to participate in classes. Progress in class is dependent upon regular and consistent participation. Please note that full tuition for each session is due regardless of attendance. Because class size is limited, we strongly recommend regular attendance.
Make-Up classes for missed classes are encouraged! Any class can be made up any time during the current session in a similar type of class at the missed class level or below. Make-up classes do not carry over to the next session any classes not made up during the session are forfeit. Please see the Artistic Director to request a make-up.
