Registration
Make-Up classes for missed classes are encouraged! Any class can be made up any time during the current session in a similar type of class at the missed class level or below. Make-up classes do not carry over to the next session any classes not made up during the session are forfeit. Please see the Artistic Director to request a make-up.
Tuition is payable in full or with monthly installments. First monthly installment must accompany
registration form. NO REFUNDS available after submission of registration forms. There is a one – time $20 student/family registration fee. We accept cash, check or credit cards. Any tuition check returned to Dancing in the Streets Arizona marked Non-Sufficient Funds is subject to a $25.00 returned check fee in addition to tuition owed.
Students register for an entire session there are 2 sessions in a year. Each session is about 5 OR 6 months long. Progress in class is dependent upon regular and consistent participation. Please note that enrolling a student in a session holds a place for that student in the specified class/es for the entire session and, parent is responsible for full tuition regardless of student attendance. Make-Up classes for missed classes are encouraged! Past due balances must be paid in full before registration is accepted.
COVID-19 POLICY
We must have a parent/guardian-signed COVID-19 liability release form on file for registered students. Only Guardians and registered students will be allowed in the lobby at this time. Masks for students are recommended in class, and while in lobby. I recognize that entering a group environment can hold certain risks, including potential exposure to the corona virus.
Attendance, Safety, and Security
Students are expected to attend every class in the level they are assigned and to arrive on time. Students that are more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to participate in classes. Progress in class is dependent upon regular and consistent participation. Please note that full tuition for each session is due regardless of attendance, as class size is limited, we strongly recommend regular attendance. We require parents/guardians of ballet 1 students to make themselves available during class in the lobby area. The safety and security of your children are of the utmost importance to us. For this reason we ask that you do not leave your children unsupervised for periods of time before or after class, and that your children understand where and by whom they will be picked up. Dancing in the Streets AZ is not responsible for students outside of class time. Parents will be charged a $25.00 late fee for more than 20 minutes late pick-up. This will need to be paid before the child may take class. Dancing in the Streets AZ reserves the right to expel any student/parent/sibling from the premises who are disruptive to class or rehearsals while in the lobby or theater.
